The Revenue Operations team is responsible for maximizing yield through supply optimization, driving global ad revenue growth with strategic pricing and packaging, managing global publisher partnerships for ad inventory deals and delivery, and enhancing the efficiency of the ad sales organization by centralizing processes across our data tools and systems. By aligning advertising sales, marketing, product, and client services, the team aims toย optimizeย the monetization of advertising inventory. This involves a blend of strategic planning, data analysis, system and toolย utilization, and partnership management.ย
About the Role
Roku is looking for aย Business Automation Analyst to join our expanding Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on supporting and improving internal tooling processes, with a specific focus on our proprietary Order Management System (OMS). The Business Automation Analyst willย be responsible forย monitoring support channels, analyzing troubleshooting data and contributing to feature development, through user acceptance testing (UAT) and end user training, helping ensure smooth adoption of new features.
This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to learn. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and have a desire to think strategically toย drive meaningfulย changeย within the organization. They should over-index onย ownership, taking initiative and responsibility for their work.ย
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $83,000 - $97,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.ย This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and activelyย monitorย the OMS support channel, responding to userย inquiriesย and escalating issues as needed.ย
- Collect and analyze troubleshooting data toย identifyย patterns and opportunities for improvement, working with Product and Engineering teams to address them.ย
- Take ownership of select OMS features and initiatives under the supervision of the Sr. Manager.ย
- Participate in stakeholder discovery meetings to gather requirements and inform feature development.ย
- Organize and facilitate UAT sessions,ย collectingย andย synthesizingย end-user feedback for continuous improvement.ย
- Create andย maintainย detailed user guides for OMS, ensuring clarity and usability.ย
- Develop all training materials for OMS releases, including features outside of direct ownership.ย
- Assistย in and lead end-user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption and usage of OMS updates.

We're Excited If You Have
- 2-4 years of experience in business operations/automation, sales planning, accountย managementย orย a relatedย field.ย
- Strong understanding of the digital and CTV advertising industry, with a desire to align processes and solutions to drive business outcomes.ย
- Strong analytical skills with the ability toย identifyย patterns and insights from troubleshooting data.ย
- Experience with user acceptance testing and training facilitation preferred.ย
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to document processes and create training materials.ย
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.ย
- Experience with order management systems and revenue optimization solutions used in the advertising industryย
