Job description

The Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein, a high-volume and fast-paced law firm, is seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our marketing department. This role will build and manage digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support continued growth for the Firm.

Position Overview:

The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across search, social, video, and display platforms. This role manages campaign structure, targeting, budgets, testing, tracking, and reporting while collaborating with the marketing, creative, and intake teams to improve performance and lead quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, Twitter/X, display networks, and other platforms as applicable.
  • Develop campaign structures, targeting, keyword strategies, bidding approaches, budgets, and conversion goals based on business objectives.
  • Monitor performance and budget pacing to improve lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
  • Test audiences, keywords, creative, copy, calls to action, landing pages, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and creative team to develop accurate, compelling, and platform-appropriate advertising content.
  • Maintain conversion tracking, pixels, tags, UTMs, and attribution standards in coordination with technical resources.
  • Prepare performance reports and translate campaign data into clear findings, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Coordinate with intake and CRM stakeholders to evaluate lead quality and connect advertising results with consultations and retained clients.
  • Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with YouTube, display, Reddit, Twitter/X, or DSPs is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, targeting, bidding, budget management, testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, UTMs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, copywriting, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Google Ads, Meta, analytics, or other relevant platform certifications are appreciated.
  • Experience in the legal industry or other professional services is a plus.
