Job description

3 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field.
-Experience analyzing large data sets that may include structured and unstructured data.
-Experience using digital experience platform technologies including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and other digital marketing tools, such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint etc.
-Advanced Excel skills.
-Requires intellectual curiosity, problem solving ability, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, high attention to detail, persuasive oral and written communications and project management skills.
-Proven execution ability with multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation and campaign management tools.
-Proven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights.
-Proven ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
-Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style environment that expects and promotes teamwork.
-Must have experience in effectively meeting deadlines on-time with a quality product.
-Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
-Will work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects.
-Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.
