As an Activation Strategist, you will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns. Work closely with strategists, creatives, analysts, and account teams to ensure campaigns are flawlessly deployed, optimized, and aligned with client goals

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Translate strategic briefs into executable campaign plans and workflows.
  • Build and deploy campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, and MessageBird.
  • Implement segmentation, triggers, and personalization logic to enhance campaign relevance.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with creative, strategic, and analytical goals.
  • Communicate deployment timelines, requirements, and performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Support education efforts around deployment best practices and platform capabilities.

  • Optimization & Reporting:
  • Analyze deliverability metrics and inbox placement results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement.
  • Contribute to A/B testing strategies and personalization initiatives.

  • Process and Workflow Management:
  • Assist in refining campaign workflows and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns within established timelines.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign execution or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, dynamic content, and personalization strategies.
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM compliance and digital communication standards.
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Smartsheet and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
