Position Overview:
The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for driving the successful orchestration and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, with a distinct emphasis on creative development and execution. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of campaign activities across USG business units, ensuring operational excellence and creative consistency. Your expertise in overseeing creative teams, campaign timelines, and cross-channel activation will maximize impact and drive targeted results among our core customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Spearheads creative planning and manages the coordination of all marketing communications and programs across multiple business units, focusing on synchronized timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Acts as the central point of contact for campaign content integration across internal communications, industry partnerships and owned/paid channels. Experienced and comfortable writing creative briefs and working with cross-functional teams.
Creative Execution Oversight: Co-leads creative development process, ensuring that execution aligns with the brand platform while tailoring messaging and design for targeted audience segments and channel activation. Collaborates closely with internal teams and agency partners to guide concept ideation, asset production, and final execution across channels including digital, print, video, and social media.
Channel Activation & Operations: Directs the multi-channel rollout of campaigns by closely managing creative deliverables, workflows, and proofing processes. Ensures content and creative assets are deployed accurately and timely, while following brand guidelines and best practices for each platform.
Brand & Creative Stewardship: Partners with Brand lead(s) to maintain visual and narrative consistency in all creative assets. Provides hands-on guidance throughout the creative process to heighten effectiveness and market impact.
Agency & Partner Collaboration: Manages agency partner relationships and workflow for creative and campaign execution, from briefing to final asset delivery. Evaluates creative proposals and optimizes project scope to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Performance Analysis: Collaborates with the Campaign Manager to optimize creative performance, leveraging creative insights for ongoing optimization. Adjust campaign assets and execution as needed based on data-driven evaluations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Builds and nurtures productive relationships with internal stakeholders and creative partners, ensuring alignment and stakeholder buy-in at key milestones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on campaign coordination or creative leadership.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing end-to-end creative processes and campaign execution across B2B and B2C environments.
Strong project management skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns and prioritize deadlines.
Experience in working with and directing creative professionals and external agencies.
Knowledge of the construction materials and manufacturing industry is a plus.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable presenting in front of stakeholders.
Creative thinker dedicated to innovation, continuous improvement, and visual storytelling.
Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data and implications for campaign execution(s).
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
