Position Title: Marketing Campaign Orchestration Analyst (Pega CDH)
Location: Vienna, VA
Position Status: Contract
Pay Rate: W2 (with 56 hours PTO) $55-$60.00/hr. C2C: $65-$70.00/hr.
? What You'll Actually Be Doing
This is
not just campaign execution - it's
decisioning + personalization at scale.
You'll:
- Turn customer behavioral insights into live campaigns
- Build and configure logic inside Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Define:
- Audience targeting
- Eligibility rules
- Contact policies
- Prioritization logic
- Launch omnichannel campaigns (inbound + outbound)
- Validate performance using:
- SQL
- Simulations
- Post-launch analytics
- Continuously optimize campaigns (A/B testing, suppression rules, tuning)
In short:
You are the bridge between marketing strategy, data, and decision engines.
