Job Description Summary At Raymond James Investment Management, marketing plays a critical role in driving growth across our Intermediary and Institutional businesses. We are seeking an experienced Director, Campaign Strategy & Execution to lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support the firm's growth priorities. This individual will serve as a player-coach, leading and developing a team of Campaign Managers while remaining actively involved in the firm's highest-priority marketing initiatives. The Director will be responsible for strengthening how campaigns are developed and brought to market, including campaign strategy, audience definition, planning, execution, measurement, and ongoing optimization. The Director is an experienced marketing leader with deep expertise in integrated campaign strategy and execution, along with strong capabilities in marketing technology and people leadership. This role will work closely with Distribution, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and other business partners to develop campaigns that deepen client engagement, generate leads, support sales activity, build brand awareness, and contribute to business growth across financial advisors, intermediary platforms, and institutional investors.

Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Campaign Managers responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns supporting Intermediary and Institutional business priorities.
  • Develop campaign strategies that translate business, distribution, and product priorities into clearly defined objectives, target audiences, messaging, channel strategies, activation plans, and measures of success.
  • Serve as a hands‑on strategic partner on the firm's highest-priority and most complex campaigns, helping teams develop stronger strategies, creative approaches, and execution plans.
  • Establish and oversee campaign management frameworks, processes, governance, workflows, and operating procedures to drive consistency, alignment, and efficiency across the marketing organization.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, career development, and day‑to‑day leadership to Campaign Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partners with senior business leaders, Distribution, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Compliance, Data & Analytics, and executive stakeholders to align marketing efforts with organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead campaign planning sessions and translate business priorities into integrated marketing roadmaps, audience strategies, messaging frameworks, and activation plans.
  • Oversee campaign execution across digital, email, social media, webinars, thought leadership content, events, paid media, and sales enablement channels.
  • Leverage Salesforce Financial Services & Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Agentforce AI, LinkedIn, Seismic, ON24, and related technologies to improve campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, lead generation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Champion the use of AI‑enabled marketing technologies to improve campaign planning, personalization, content development, workflow automation, audience targeting, performance measurement, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop campaign measurement frameworks and reporting methodologies that connect marketing activity to engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and business outcomes.
  • Review campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize future marketing initiatives and improve return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Data & Analytics teams to enhance segmentation, campaign targeting, attribution models, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to strengthen RJIM's campaign marketing capabilities.

In-Depth Knowledge of: Integrated marketing strategy, campaign management, and multi‑channel marketing execution. Intermediary and Institutional distribution channels, including financial advisors, RIAs, broker‑dealers, wirehouses, retirement platforms, consultants, and institutional investors. Marketing team leadership, employee development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Campaign operations, project management methodologies, workflow design, and resource planning. Salesforce Financial Services & Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Agentforce AI, LinkedIn, Seismic, ON24, and related marketing and sales technologies. Marketing automation, lead generation, nurturing, audience segmentation, and customer journey development. Campaign measurement, attribution, marketing analytics, and performance reporting. AI‑enabled marketing technologies and their application to campaign planning, content development, personalization, workflow automation, and optimization. Financial services marketing compliance and regulatory requirements.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience, including significant experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
