Job description

Overview

As a Campaign Analyst you will be responsible for building digital campaigns in accordance with the client strategy outlined in each ticket request. You will configure campaign settings, creative assets and audience targeting to ensure that campaigns will function and deliver successfully once activated. Campaign Analysts collaborate with internal teams throughout the campaign launch cycle to define the optimal implementation strategy, communicate campaign build status, resolve errors, and troubleshoot issues. As you grow in this role, you'll contribute to streamlining implementation guidelines by identifying process improvements, platform automation opportunities and testing new user interface functions in our tools and applications. You'll be the final and essential step in the Client Lifecycle for activating new digital campaigns.

What you will do

  • Execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including display banners, mobile applications, CTV/OTT/OLV, and native formats.
  • Construct detailed decision trees and audience targeting rules tailored to individual client strategies
  • Trafficking creative assets (third-party tags, videos, HTML5) into proprietary ad-server, ensuring proper configuration, function, and scheduling
  • Proactively identify and address errors in campaign setup, resolving issues prior to activation to ensure seamless execution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to creative assets, third-party tags, custom personalization scripting logic, audience targeting and impression count discrepancies, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
  • Evaluate workflow processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and increase automation
  • Monitor the assigned campaign ticketing queue and prioritize tasks to ensure timely daily implementation
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to guarantee campaigns are launched promptly and executed in accordance with insertion orders.
  • Assist with documentation and ongoing maintenance of tag specifications, product requirements, and process workflows.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (4+ years) managing digital campaigns in ad operations or ad trafficking role.
  • Proficiency in executing digital campaigns in ad-serving platforms, DSPs or Content Management Systems.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and HTML5 is considered an asset, as these technologies are frequently utilized within our digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web inspection and debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, or Fiddler.
  • Highly independent in both work and learning, with a desire to quickly digest and develop new skills.
  • Proven communication skills, with ability to bridge communication between internal technical and non-technical teams
  • Effective time management and planning skills to support multiple campaigns simultaneously under strict deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in being able to take on new campaigns and advertisers with little notice or training.
  • Proven experience as a positive and helpful team member who actively contributes toward the team's common goals.
  • Demonstrates innovative thinking and the capacity to develop effective solutions quickly in high-pressure situations.

 Compensation Range: USD $55,400.00 - USD $102,800.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
