A leading financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Pega CDH Campaign Analyst for locations in Vienna, VA; Winchester, VA; and Pensacola, FL. This role focuses on supporting marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.


About the Opportunity:




  • Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (3 days onsite)




  • Shift: Day




  • Schedule: Full-time




  • Hours: Standard business hours




  • Setting: Financial Services




Responsibilities:


The Pega CDH Campaign Analyst will be responsible for:




  • Developing and executing Next Best Action strategies using Pega CDH




  • Translating marketing requirements into CDH interaction strategies




  • Coordinating and optimizing communications across channels




  • Refining user stories and supporting documentation for implementations




  • Running simulations and evaluating campaign performance




Qualifications:




  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and customer engagement




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred




  • Experience with Pega CDH, Salesforce Marketing Cloud




  • Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI




  • Strong analytical skills




  • Excellent communication skills




  • Problem-solving ability




  • Ability to learn new tools quickly
