The Opportunity

The Opportunity: As a Campaign Analyst Senior supporting P&C Insurance Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing data-driven marketing strategies that optimize engagement and drive measurable business outcomes across channels, with a focus on SMS and Outbound Calling (OBC). You will bring strategic rigor to integrated segmentation and member journeys, determining the most effective audience targeting for each channel and optimizing campaigns based on ROI, LTV, and other key performance indicators. This role demands a proactive approach to campaign ideation and opportunity sizing, ensuring we maximize incremental impact and revenue.

You will act as a subject matter expert for the SMS and Outbound call channel audiences. This includes leading campaign requirement sessions, overseeing the build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data, forecasting lead volumes, managing test-and-learn initiatives, collaborating with internal and external partners to refine campaigns based on performance insights and streamlining processes to ensure speed of execution and optimizations. By managing the campaign mix and audience prioritization, you will ensure strong alignment with business objectives.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa, FL, Charlotte, NC, or Chesapeake, VA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you'll do:

  • Responds to business requests and creates new or modifies existing standard audience selection rules by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with campaign requirements.
  • Responsible for managing the 'rules' within the execution tool (SFMC, CDP) ensuring the 'rules' structure and coding are up to date.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge on existing rules and fallout analysis to educate key stakeholders.
  • Ensures data elements or functional requirements are available.
  • Explores existing resources against business needs and identifies gaps.
  • Partners with IT and lead to identify solutions for resources not readily available.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge across one or multiple product lines and execution tools to facilitate and contribute to the implementation of solutions in business requirement sessions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional campaign requirement sessions for complex marketing campaigns.
  • Provides advanced knowledge of audience and forecasted volumes.
  • Complete the final detailed business and technical requirements in support of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensures the successful build, execution and delivery of accurate audience data for assigned marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinates research efforts into member inquiries and serves as a primary resource on escalated matters.
  • Investigates audience size and member profile requests and generates findings/reports.
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.

  • 6 or more years relevant business and/or general analysis experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge of statistics or other quantitative techniques or disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of relevant data analysis tools.
  • Working knowledge of relevant industry data sources.

What sets you apart:

  • Financial Services industry experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience developing engaging journeys and implementing personalized experiences across multiple channels (i.e Outbound Call and SMS).
  • Prior experience managing complex audience strategies and defining audience requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • A strong foundation in leveraging data to fuel campaign optimizations including familiarity with Next Best Action and predictive models to drive leads prioritization and scoring.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and mar-tech stacks, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Email Service Providers (ESPs) and their critical role in achieving business objectives (i.e Salesforce Preferred, Snowflake and SQL experience a plus).
  • Exceptional Project Management & Communication: Experience managing cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • US military experience gained through military service or gained as a military spouse / domestic partner.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $93,770.00 - $179,240.00.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
