Description
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and advancing new growth opportunities across our businesses. This individual will leverage data, market insights, and financial analysis to assess potential revenue streams, strategic partnerships, business ventures, and expansion opportunities.
This position will report to the Sr. Vice President, Business Operations and will support multiple executive leaders across the company. The Business Analyst will transform early-stage ideas into actionable business cases, developing financial models, forecasts, and strategic recommendations that inform investment and growth decisions. The ideal candidate excels at taking limited information, structuring complex problems, and building analytical frameworks that help leaders understand the potential scale, profitability, and strategic value of new opportunities.
This role requires exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate recommendations in a clear, compelling manner that connects individual initiatives to the company's broader strategy and long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, commercial opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business ventures that support the growth of our TMRW Sports businesses
  • Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess the viability, profitability, and risk of potential initiatives
  • Transform ambiguous or early-stage concepts into structured business cases and actionable recommendations
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities
  • Structure complex business challenges into clear and manageable analyses that support executive decision-making
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative business plans that articulate opportunity size, strategic rationale, operating requirements, and financial outcomes
  • Assess strategic partnership, investment, and M&A opportunities through financial and strategic evaluation
  • Create executive-level presentations that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and key business implications
  • Connect proposed initiatives to broader company objectives, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term value creation

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategic planning, consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build business cases from limited or incomplete information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to ambiguity and complexity
