At a glance:

The Senior Consultant, is someone who has 5+years of end to end NetSuite implementation experience. but also has the knack for excellent customer service. You are leading projects all the way from discovery/requirements gathering to training and deployment. You get the chance to work alongside other leaders of the organization like Managers and Solution Architects. The stakeholders will rely on you for questions regarding their project and you get the chance to do some creative solutioning. This role will also allow you to propel yourself into a Principal consultant role which is the next step to a leadership seat at the table.

Your Role:

  • Ability to lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
  • Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
  • Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
  • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
  • Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
  • Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions. Develop these custom solutions in a clear and comprehensive Technical Design Documents.
  • Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements by providing implementation best practices.
  • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education
  • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements
  • This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

Your Background:

  • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with 5-8+ end-to-end enterprise or medium-sized NetSuite engagements - OR- has led 8+ small engagements through go-live
  • Undergraduate degree or MBA in field of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general services-specific industry experience
  • NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite technical capabilities such as: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk. Effectiveness in designing end-to-end solutions with these capabilities in mind.
  • Experience with specialized NetSuite process areas and products is preferred, these include: Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, and SuiteCommerce Advanced

A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 - 150,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year. This position and compensation range is for candidates who reside in the United States. Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are determined using a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process. Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
