Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, networking, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain referral sources
  • Generate and close new leads
  • Conduct outreach including cold calling and networking
  • Plan and attend community events
  • Track performance and submit weekly reports
  • Manage your own schedule and territory
