Job Description:
Serves as account representative for enrollment marketing within The University of Toledo to provide reliable counsel to partners and internal division offices, create and execute marketing campaigns, marketing assets (photos, social media posts, emails, etc.) and recruitment communications projects that support achievement of enrollment objectives and build strong, lasting relationships. This position will need to understand enrollment management marketing/communication needs and objectives and ensure all recruitment marketing and communication align with University standards, strategy and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, strong Excel, Power Point and Word skills and experience required.
• Experience with enrollment CRM platforms/communication CRM platforms (ex: Slate).
Communication and other skills:
• Excellent written (including editing) and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge or ability to learn and adhere to AP Style guidelines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions while working independently.
• Management of social media accounts on platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
• Photography and videography recording and editing for multiple platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (or experience in a self-service design platform like Canva).
• Basic web editing. Knowledge of web and email accessibility standards.
• High proficiency in project management, attention to detail, prioritization of work and organizational skills required.
• Ability to build relationships and develop trust with stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute to team projects.
• A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity required.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, tight time constraints, and periodic high-volume circumstances.
• Willingness and ability to take direction from various sources required.
• Must be flexible and available outside of normal business hours. May be required to respond to urgent matters at all times of the day and/or on scheduled days off.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prefer minimum of three years of marketing, project management experience, and/or enrollment management experience.
