Sales Development Representative, Hybrid

Hybrid is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing New Business team. This role is critical to Hybrid's continued growth, serving as the first point of contact for prospective higher education partners and generating qualified opportunities for our Business Development team.

As an SDR, you will identify and engage senior leaders across colleges and universities, build meaningful relationships, and create high-quality sales opportunities through thoughtful outreach and consultative conversations. You'll leverage data, market insights, and modern sales methodologies to connect institutional challenges with Hybrid's innovative marketing, enrollment, and technology solutions.

This hire will be based in our Philadelphia, PA office and expected on-site 5 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective higher education partners while building a strong pipeline of opportunities for the New Business team.
