Job description

About the Role
Abnormal AI is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our Content Marketing team and help scale how content is planned, coordinated, and executed across the organization. This role owns core content operations and editorial processes, ensuring that content and messaging show up consistently, are high-quality, and are aligned across a wide range of outputs.
This role sits at the center of how content flows through the team. You will manage the content calendar, oversee intake and prioritization, and ensure that work moves from idea → asset → activation efficiently. Requests may range from high-visibility campaign assets and strategic reports to short-form copy for events, sales materials, and in-market activations.
You will also play a key role in shaping how content is developed and scaled using AI-enabled workflows - helping the team move faster, reuse more effectively, and reduce reliance on manual, from-scratch creation.
You will partner closely with content leads and strategists to ensure that high-value content is planned, coordinated, and extended effectively across channels.
What you will do
  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment across teams
  • Serve as the central coordination point for content intake, reviewing requests and determining appropriate routing based on priority and scope
  • Triage incoming content and copy requests (e.g., event messaging, booth copy, showreels, campaign assets) and determine whether to own, delegate, or escalate
  • Partner with Content Marketing leadership to prioritize work and maintain focus on high-impact initiatives
  • Collaborate with content leads (e.g., report, survey, and flagship asset owners) to plan and execute strategic content releases
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and downstream assets for major content initiatives (e.g., reports, surveys, campaigns)
  • Ensure that major content initiatives are translated into clear execution plans across channels (blogs, landing pages, emails, social, etc.)
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and other stakeholders to align on content needs and timelines
  • Partner with the Content Strategist to extend and amplify content outputs across formats and channels
  • Review and edit content across formats, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging standards
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate content development, synthesis, and execution, operating with a "no blank page" mindset
  • Use existing content, inputs, and artifacts to create and refine outputs rather than starting from scratch
  • Support editorial processes, including review cycles, formatting, and publishing workflows
  • Track content performance and help identify opportunities to improve planning, prioritization, and reuse
  • Identify and implement improvements to content operations, workflows, and team efficiency
Must Haves
  • 5-8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or content operations roles in B2B SaaS or similar environments
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and the ability to use them to accelerate content creation, editing, repurposing, and workflows
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience managing content calendars, editorial workflows, or content operations systems
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and quality
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined processes
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
  • Experience working on research-driven content (e.g., reports, surveys, whitepapers)
  • Familiarity with content operations tools (Asana, CMS platforms)
  • Experience partnering with Integrated Marketing or Product Marketing teams
  • Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or highly technical products
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-changing environments
