Your Next ROLE:
As the Content Operations Manager, Owned & Operated, you'll support both the operational execution and content creation for IGA's artist and non-artist digital brands. In this role, you'll leverage graphic design skills and editorial judgment to engage audiences while supporting the team's day-to-day operations. You'll collaborate closely with the Vice President and Director of the department to ensure our strategy aligns with IGA's broader digital marketing and brand initiatives.
How You'll CREATE:
  • Contribute to brand growth by developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities across platforms while ensuring content meets legal, ethical, and editorial guidelines.
  • Assign tasks to contractors, editing assets and copy for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency with department standards.
  • Own and maintain content calendars that reflect key marketing moments and campaigns, while proactively pitching creative ideas to amplify them.
  • Establish and refine processes that streamline content creation and ensure consistent coverage of relevant cultural moments.
  • Analyze and create clear, visually compelling reports showcasing monthly account performance.
  • Monitor social trends and conversations related to different music genres and digital culture; share relevant insights with the team.

  • Strong knowledge of Canva (or similar tools) for quick, yet polished asset creation.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-informed mindset, using performance insights to refine content strategy and execution.
