About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Operations Coordinator to join our distribution team. In this role, you'll manage content across our entire distribution portfolio, from ingestion and quality control to final delivery across VOD and Linear (FAST) platforms, working directly with managers, talent, and buyers.

What You'll Do

  • Manage content ingestion, quality control, and upload across VOD and Linear (FAST)
  • Build and maintain metadata deliverables in Excel and XML to platform spec
  • Review video, audio, and artwork/branding assets against platform delivery specs prior to delivery
  • Resolve QC issues and rejections returned by platforms
  • Serve as a direct point of contact with buyers across the portfolio
  • Organize and maintain file storage systems across active projects
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and propose solutions independently
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5+ years of experience in content operations
  • Strong command of delivery specs, including video, audio, and artwork/branding specs
  • Proficiency building and editing metadata in Excel and XML
  • Experience resolving platform QC feedback and rejections
  • Discretion, this role works directly with talent, managers, and buyers, and involves sensitive information
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across concurrent projects
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and execute independently
  • Video editing experience a plus
