  • Manage the inventory, ordering, and distribution of branded apparel and promotional merchandise.
  • Coordinate apparel requests for employees, recruiting initiatives, events, and community partnerships.
  • Oversee the ordering and management of print collateral, including brochures, flyers, sales materials, signage, and branded assets.
  • Maintain organized libraries of marketing resources and brand materials.

Content & Communications

  • Write and edit content for both internal and external audiences, ensuring all messaging aligns with Improveit's brand voice and Core Values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule social media content.
  • Assist with Town Hall scripting, Improveit's intranet, presentations, and internal communications initiatives.

Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for company events, recruiting initiatives, and community activities.
  • Support content calendar execution and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect Improveit's brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Assistance with additional marketing duties as required

Qualifications

Our ideal Marketing Coordinator is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-moving environment. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar workflow management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to execute projects accurately and efficiently
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute across a variety of projects
  • Comfortable using web-based systems, marketing technologies, and digital collaboration tools
  • Responsible and ethical use of AI tools to enhance productivity, support content development, and improve operational efficiency
  • Experience coordinating marketing assets, branded merchandise, print collateral, or vendor relationships is preferred.
