AEM Digital Content Specialist (Workfront + Adobe Target) – Hybrid Dublin, OH

Schedule:Â 40 hrs/week | 8:00 AM start
What this role actually is
This is a hands-on AEM production / digital content operations role—not a social media manager position. You will build and update web pages, templated banners, landing pages, and site messages inside Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and manage a high-volume intake queue in Workfront.
What you’ll do
- Build/maintain landing pages, banners, and site messaging using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Launch/target experiences using Adobe Target (audience targeting/personalization)
- Triage and manage production requests in Workfront (intake, routing, deadlines, status updates)
- Optimize content for SEO + on-site user experience
- QA and troubleshoot content display/functionality issues (basic front-end fixes/escalations)
- Partner with marketing, creative, and other internal teams to deliver on brand standards
Required (apply IF you have the skills below)
- Recent, hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (authoring/publishing)
- Experience managing production workflows in Workfront (or similar enterprise tool—Workfront strongly preferred)
- Exposure to Adobe Target (targeting/personalization/testing)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic edits + troubleshooting)
- Ability to handle multiple requests at once with strong detail/QA
Education
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
