Harris School Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales & Marketing Operations Lead to join our growing team. Your purpose will be to increase sales by improving the quality and quantity of leads with messaging and engagement. Analyze campaign performance and return on investment (ROI), translating engagement into clear insights for optimization and future planning.
Partner closely with sales leadership and account managers to support sales enablement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, professional services, and support teams to ensure external messaging accurately reflects product capabilities, implementation realities, and customer value.
