You Are

The ideal profile is someone who has been a VP or Director of Content Operations and lead and grow our Content Operations offering in Canada. This leader will be responsible for developing the market, driving sales, overseeing delivery excellence, and building a high-performing team across a portfolio of content operations engagements.

The Work

This role reports directly into the Canadian MD for all agency services and serves on their leadership council.

Offering & Market Leadership
  • Lead the growth and evolution of Accenture Song's Content Operations offering within the Canadian market.
  • Shape and package Content Operations solutions, assets, and operating models that address client challenges and market opportunities.
  • Act as the market-facing SME and executive spokesperson for Content Operations across clients, teams, and industry forums.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in content supply chains, content production, digital asset management, AI-enabled content operations, localization, and personalization.
Business Development & Sales
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that expand Accenture Song's Content Operations business.
  • Build executive-level relationships with clients and identify opportunities to drive new business.
  • Lead solutioning efforts, proposals, deal shaping, and client presentations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable operating models, commercial structures, and delivery approaches.
  • Create compelling sales narratives that articulate business value, operational efficiency, and experience outcomes.
Delivery Leadership
  • Oversee a portfolio of Content Operations engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Provide executive sponsorship and governance across complex client programs.
  • Guide teams in establishing scalable content production models and content supply chain capabilities.
  • Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, financial performance, and continuous improvement across engagements.
  • Support clients through transformation initiatives involving content operating models, production ecosystems, and managed services.
Talent & People Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and grow a diverse team of content operations professionals.
  • Develop capability strategies aligned to market demand and future growth opportunities.

  • Lead talent development, coaching, performance management, and succession planning activities.
Here's What You'll Need
  • 10+ years of experience in content operations, digital production, content delivery, or marketing operations within a consulting, agency, managed services, or enterprise environment.
  • Minimum 7+ years in a people leadership role managing large teams and/or multi-disciplinary delivery organizations.
  • Proven experience developing and selling large-scale content operations, managed services, or digital production solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading client-facing engagements and building executive-level relationships.
  • Experience managing content production ecosystems including web content, digital assets, banners, email, localization, personalization, and omnichannel content delivery.
  • Strong understanding of content operating models, offshore delivery structures, and scaled content production environments.
  • Experience building business cases, pricing models, commercial structures, and financial forecasts.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams across multiple functions, locations, and delivery models.
  • A University Degree is required for this position
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate. Information on benefits is here.
