Job description

The Manager, Global Content Delivery role exists to provide senior operational leadership for the delivery, implementation, and optimization of global ministry resources, ensuring that approved content and products are effectively deployed, adopted, and sustained through Associate Offices and Ministry Partners worldwide. This role translates ministry growth strategy into scalable delivery and implementation systems, leading teams responsible for global media delivery, translation, localization, product launch, and implementation workflows. Through continuous improvement and innovation, the Manager ensures that ministry resources are delivered with excellence, launched successfully, and transitioned effectively to ongoing partner success management, resulting in increased ministry impact, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction across diverse global contexts.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Owns and manages endtoend global content delivery workflows for video, audio, and textual assets
  • Oversees translation, localization, and qualityassurance processes for global content delivery
  • Oversees production of the international broadcast
  • Develops and maintains a proactive global content production and delivery plan aligned with ministry growth strategy under the direction of the Director of Global Ministry Delivery
  • Pioneers and operationalizes the use of artificial intelligence to scale multilingual translation, localization, and content delivery across text, audio, and video formats, enabling broader global ministry impact and partner access
  • Manages and develops formal implementation plans for both associate offices and ministry partners to ensure smooth onboarding, transition to other GMD teams, and successful use of Focus on the Family products
  • Develops, manages, and continuously improves global implementation frameworks for approved ministry products, programs, and strategic initiatives across Associate Offices and Ministry Partners
  • Leads cross-functional implementation planning, ensuring new products are operationally ready for global deployment, including content availability, licensing structures, training resources, delivery systems, and implementation documentation
  • Coordinates product licensing, deployment, and initial adoption efforts with Associate Offices and Ministry Partners to ensure timely and successful product activation
  • Establishes implementation milestones, readiness criteria, and success benchmarks for product launches and partner onboarding activities
  • Ensures successful transition of implemented products, partners, and Associate Offices to the Manager, Global Partner Development & Success through formal handoff processes, documentation, and defined ownership transfer standards
  • Maintains visibility and reporting on the status of all active product implementations, identifying risks, barriers, and opportunities to improve launch effectiveness and partner adoption
  • Under the direction of the Director of Global Ministry Delivery, collaboratively produces and manages a unified growth and delivery plan along with the Manager Global Partner Development & Success
  • Consistently utilizes and maintains implementation tools like product best practices, playbooks, partner and associate office timelines and goal development to make sure we effectively support ministry partners and associate offices
  • Directly supervises staff and/or contractors responsible for global video delivery, audio production, and translation coordination
  • Establishes, documents, and continuously improves delivery processes, systems, and servicelevel expectations
  • Leads innovation and optimization efforts, evaluating emerging technologies and workflows to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and quality
  • Ensures content delivery meets established technical, theological, and organizational quality standards
  • Tracks delivery performance and reports progress, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership
  • Participates in budgeting and resource planning related to global content delivery operations

  • Contributes to crossdepartmental initiatives related to global ministry delivery
  • Performs other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives

 Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in global media delivery, content operations, or production management
  • Experience working across cultures and time zones preferred
  • Functional foreignlanguage skills a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of FOF mission, philosophy, values, and objectives

Pay Range: $72,904 to $87,153
