  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate publishing across multiple brands and digital properties.
  • Use analytics and Sitecore insights to measure content performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring version control and reuse across channels (e.g., via Sitecore Content Hub/DAM).
  • Uphold data quality, localization, and compliance requirements across all published content.
  • Train and support content authors on Sitecore best practices and AI-assisted authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to define component requirements and troubleshoot content and rendering issues.
  • Stay current on Sitecore platform updates, AI capabilities, and content management best practices.
  • Continuously improve content operations, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in content management, digital content strategy, or a related field, managing content for consumer-facing websites.

  • Hands-on experience with the Sitecore CMS, including its modern, AI-enabled capabilities (XM Cloud, Sitecore Stream, and/or Content Hub).
  • Proven experience with content personalization, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content accessibility (WCAG), and web content best practices.
  • Experience with content governance, taxonomies, metadata, and editorial workflows.
