Senior Content Marketing Manager
Job Summary


The Senior Content Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of a strategic content marketing plan to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and business growth across business verticals. This role will oversee the content strategy, manage a team of content contributors, and partner cross-functionally to produce high-quality, industry-leading content, including newsletters, webinars, emails, social media, paid advertisements, website copy, and more. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader, confident writer, and experienced people manager who can craft compelling narratives, guide team priorities, and report progress, performance, and recommendations to marketing leadership.

Key Duties
  • Own, develop, and manage the content marketing strategy to support overall marketing goals, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, business objectives, and leadership priorities.
  • Manage and mentor a small content team, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Write, edit, and oversee high-quality, engaging content that enhances brand awareness, establishes thought leadership, and supports lead generation and customer retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to develop go-to-market initiatives, including email/content calendars, battle cards, market intelligence analyses, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform content strategy, measure performance, and optimize content marketing efforts for better engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content efforts with SEO, paid media, email marketing, and website strategy to maximize reach and impact.
Education/Training
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
Required Work Experience/Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B organizations, with demonstrated experience leading content strategy and managing a team.
  • Excellent writing portfolio and background
  • Experience owning and evolving a brand
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Comfortable and confident working with senior leaders on time-sensitive corporate communications for customers and prospects
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and prioritize work for direct reports or cross-functional content contributors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

Compensation & Total Rewards
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 annually. This position is also eligible for an annual target bonus of 4%. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
