Job description

Lockbox Processor
This role involves working with legal documents in a secure environment. This is a long-term role within the Receivable Operations. Production line type of environment inside a secured vault.
Location: 75067, Lewisville, TX (121 and Denton Tap Road)
Must Have
• At least 7 years of U.S. residence history
• Valid proof of U.S. citizenship or residency and valid state ID
• Basic data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass background and credit checks
• Comfortable working in a high-security environment (no phones/smartwatches allowed)
• Physically able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to follow strict rules (including no time off in first 90 days)
Key Responsibilities
• Open mail and sort payments and documents for processing
• Perform data entry and validation in the system
• Operate high-volume scanners and ensure image quality
• Match and reconcile electronic records with paper documents
• Follow strict security, audit, and compliance procedures
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and confidentiality standards
• Handle routine tasks independently and escalate issues when needed
Shifts & Pay
• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($20/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM ($22/hr)
• 3rd Shift: Sun–Thu, 12:15 AM – 6:15 AM ($23/hr)
• Weekend Full-Time: Fri–Mon, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM ($22/hr)
• Weekend Part-Time: Sat–Sun, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM ($22/hr)
