Lockbox Processor

Position Title: Lockbox Processor

Business Unit: Treasury Management

Reports To: Manager of Treasury Management Product and Operations Support

Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for processing electronic and manual lockboxes. The incumbent explains lockbox services to current customers, answers questions and solves problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and processes manual lockbox payments, tracks daily activity and adds to spreadsheet per customer.
  • Prepares and processes electronic lockbox payments while meeting deadlines.
  • Creates and processes monthly billing for lockbox customers.
  • Answers customers' questions and explains available services.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
