About this role

This team within Global Payments and Liquidity is responsible for delivering receivables solutions that support commercial clients' cash flow and payment processing needs. The role focuses on lockbox, check collections, and receivables platforms, driving modernization, operational efficiency, and client experience improvements across a highly regulated environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the product/platform strategy for receivables solutions including lockbox and check processing capabilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities aligned to client needs, revenue growth, and platform modernization

  • Lead initiatives to enhance check collections, remittance processing, and digital receivables capabilities

  • Partner with technology teams using Scrum Agile methodology to deliver platform enhancements and integrations

  • Drive vendor strategy and oversight for receivables services

  • Identify opportunities to improve:

    • Client onboarding and experience

    • Processing speed and accuracy

    • Exception handling and reconciliation workflows

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and client management teams to support complex commercial client relationships

  • Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., payments processing controls)

  • Analyze market trends including:

    • Decline of checks vs. persistence in key industries

    • Digital receivables and automation trends

    • Competitive and fintech landscape

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across technology, operations, risk, and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Product Management or product development experience, or equivalent experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing complex product platforms in a regulated or operationally intensive environment
    2+ years of experience working in Agile environments

  • Treasury Management experience with a focus on receivables, lockbox, or check processing

  • Experience delivering platform or operationally complex products with multiple dependencies

  • Deep understanding of check collections, remittance processing, and cash application workflows

  • Experience working with legacy-to-modern platform transformations

  • Vendor management experience (e.g., lockbox providers, processing vendors)

  • Strong understanding of risk, controls, and compliance within payments environments

  • Experience supporting Commercial or Corporate Banking clients

  • Proven ability to operate in highly matrixed, regulated environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across business, tech, and risk

  • Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable product solutions

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
