Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone
  • Review and organize client documents and information for attorneys
  • Assist in scheduling client appointments and managing attorney calendars
  • Ensure all client files are accurately maintained and up to date
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their legal process
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
