Responsibilities
โ€ข Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
โ€ข Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized and grow our caseload
โ€ข Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base
โ€ข Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
โ€ข Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
Qualifications
โ€ข Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
โ€ข Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
