The Legal Intake professional will answer incoming calls from potential new clients, discuss procedures, open and organize client files, and obtain all information. Assist clients with questions, inquiries, and needs throughout the entire process. Must be able to relate to others and build relationships with the clients. Will determine whether the new caller has a case, handle referring attorneys/cases, etc. Must be self-motivated and organized. Lots of growth potential!


MS Office. Bilingual in English/Spanish a big plus. Type 50+ WPM preferred. HSG. College a plus.


Normal Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
