They are responsible for accurately recording information, assessing the urgency and nature of cases, and scheduling consultations with attorneys. This role often requires multitasking between phone calls, emails, and data entry while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Legal Intake team members also collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff, ensuring that every case is properly documented and ready for review. Gaining experience in this position offers valuable insight into law firm operations and can provide a strong foundation for growth into other legal or administrative roles.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure will help you connect with clients and gather accurate information. These capabilities are essential for building client trust, ensuring accurate case intake, and maintaining smooth workflow in busy law practices.
