Location: Remote — Colombia Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Legal Services / Personal Injury Law Compensation: $960 – $1,900 USD/month Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time (EST) (Some shifts may include evenings and weekends.)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and results-driven Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based personal injury law firm specializing in motor vehicle accident cases.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression while helping individuals navigate one of the most challenging moments in their lives. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate potential cases, build trust with callers, and guide qualified clients through the intake and sign-up process.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in U.S. personal injury intake who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and has the communication skills and confidence to convert qualified leads into signed clients.

Client Intake & Lead Qualification
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads, referrals, and web inquiries.
  • Perform detailed intake interviews to evaluate potential personal injury cases.
  • Gather and document all required client and case information accurately.
  • Identify high-value or urgent cases and escalate them appropriately.
Client Conversion & Case Sign-Up
  • Clearly explain the legal representation process to prospective clients.
  • Guide qualified leads through the execution of representation agreements using electronic signature platforms.
  • Build trust and rapport while helping potential clients make informed decisions.
  • Maintain strong conversion rates by following established intake processes and best practices.
Documentation & Case Management
  • Accurately document call notes, client information, and follow-up activities within the case management system.
  • Ensure all intake records are complete, organized, and compliant with firm standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and next steps throughout the intake process.
Team Collaboration & Compliance
  • Communicate with attorneys when case approval or legal guidance is required.
  • Follow Georgia-specific personal injury workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client and legal information.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless transition from intake to case management.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
    • Personal Injury Intake
    • U.S. Legal Intake
    • Personal Injury Client Intake
  • Previous experience with U.S. personal injury law firms is REQUIRED.
  • C1 English proficiency or higher (written and spoken) is required.
  • Outstanding communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
  • Proven ability to confidently guide prospective clients through the intake and sign-up process.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours, including some evening and weekend shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases.
