MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Irvine, CA. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a high-performing intake professional who excels in client communication, lead conversion, and high-volume call handling.

This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact for potential clients, requiring empathy, persistence, and the ability to effectively screen and convert qualified personal injury cases.

Salary Range: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients

Conduct initial client interviews with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

Screen and qualify personal injury cases based on firm criteria

Follow up consistently with all pending leads and inquiries to maximize conversion

Respond quickly to new inquiries and establish strong client relationships

Maintain accurate records in the case management system and intake logs

Collaborate with team members to complete the intake and consultation process

Assist attorneys and staff with opening new cases and administrative tasks

Track referrals, client data, and communications using spreadsheets and CRM tools

Ensure all communications reflect a high level of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of personal injury or intake experience (required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – full professional proficiency required

Strong background in customer service and client communication

Experience working with performance-based metrics or quotas

Ability to handle a high-volume workload efficiently

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Excellent phone presence and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm

Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., CASEpeer, Clio, Litify)
