Dordick Law Corporation, an award winning personal injury law firm that specializes in litigating catastrophic injury cases, is seeking an intake specialist to work in its downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office. This position will share responsibility for streamlining and managing the multi-source intake process.

Dordick Law Corporation is seeking a personal injury intake specialist to facilitate our referral and intake process.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have a some experience with personal injury litigation, and be tech-savvy.
Key responsibilities:

  • Collect information on potential case referrals.
  • Assist with the case approval and assignment process to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Work directly with clients and referral attorneys to gather necessary sign-up documents.
  • Work with lead attorneys to get approvals on cases that come as organic or direct referrals.
Requirements:
  • Must have some plaintiff PI litigation experience
  • Must work in-office; this is not a remote role
  • Must be proactive and work independently
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of independent judgement
  • Must have a pleasant phone manner and top-notch customer service skills
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not a requirement
