 Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish Required) – Beverly Hills, CA
Pay: $28.00 – $50.00 per hour

We are a high-volume, well-established personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our growing litigation team.
This position is ideal for an experienced PI paralegal who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while being supported by attorneys, legal assistants, and structured systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support personal injury cases from intake through litigation
  • Communicate with clients in Spanish and English
  • Assist attorneys with case management and litigation preparation
  • Prepare and organize medical records, demands, and case documents
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate case notes and files within the case management system
  • Coordinate with clients, providers, and internal staff
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • FileVine experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
