Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff Personal Injury)

A confidential law firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation. This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity based in Beverly Hills, California.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing cases from intake through trial preparation while collaborating closely with attorneys and litigation staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence
  • Investigate facts and prepare responses to litigation discovery
  • Perform legal research and case analysis
  • Compile, analyze, and summarize medical records, billing records, expert documentation, and case evidence
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, jury instructions, and witness materials
  • Maintain both electronic and physical litigation files
  • Monitor litigation deadlines and project milestones
  • Coordinate with outside counsel when appropriate
  • Assist with mediation, trial preparation, and litigation support
  • Provide administrative and bilingual English/Spanish support

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Paralegal certificate or earned designation required
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM or greater
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • $26.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience
