Job description

LOCATION: Century City, CA


PAY RANGE: $25 - $30/hr (Open Flexibility)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engaging in all facets of the intake process from initial inquiry to client retention
  • Answering inbound phone calls from prospective clients while providing stella customer service
  • Performing unbiased screening to gather facts and assess the strength and weakness of potential cases
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating execution of the retainer packages
  • Obtaining evidence from prospective clients in regal time, including paystubs, communications and other relevant documents
  • Computer and typing literacy, as the candidate will be utilizing a user friendly case management intake software
