Job description

Elmm Law Group is a rapidly growing personal injury firm in Phoenix that is female-founded. We’re looking for an additional bilingual Intake Specialist who understands that every call is an opportunity, and knows how to move quickly, connect with people, and get cases signed.


This role is not just answering phones. You are the first point of contact for injured clients, and how you handle that interaction directly impacts whether they choose our firm.


Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly base pay + bonuses based on signed cases

Compensation:

$20 - $23 hourly base pay + bonuses


Responsibilities:
  • Answering and responding to all inbound calls, texts, and online leads immediately
  • Speaking with potential clients in both English and Spanish
  • Guiding callers through the intake process and closing sign-ups
  • Following up consistently with leads that haven’t signed yet
  • Entering and tracking all activity in Lead Docket
  • Handling referral partner and medical provider calls with urgency and professionalism
  • Opportunity to grow with a firm that is scaling

Qualifications:
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish/English), required
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Sense of urgency, you don’t let leads sit
  • Comfortable asking for the business and handling objections
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and accountable, you take ownership of this position and its results
