Job description

Position Title: Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
This role offers an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced attorney to focus exclusively on personal injury litigation. The successful candidate will manage a substantial caseload, primarily involving auto accidents and slip and fall cases. Collaboration with paralegals and a full litigation department will support the attorney in delivering exceptional client service. The position demands a strong work ethic and a drive for excellence in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to personal growth within a dynamic firm is essential for success in this role.
Salary Range:: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Focus exclusively on personal injury litigation
  • Manage a caseload of 40-50 cases, primarily involving auto accidents and slip and falls
  • Collaborate with paralegals for discovery and case preparation
  • Work within a structured litigation department to enhance efficiency
  • Serve as a lead attorney for the litigation side of the practice

Requirements:
  • Must be CA Barred
  • 3-5+ years of litigation experience on the plaintiff side in personal injury
  • 2+ years of general litigation experience
  • 5+ years of litigation experience on the plaintiff side in personal injury is preferred
