Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our clients dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of personal injury law, litigation procedures, and electronic filing systems. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases while supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services to clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others.

As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing case files from inception through settlement or trial. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and court personnel to ensure cases progress efficiently and effectively. This position requires someone who can handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Resposibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking
  • Communicate with clients, experts, courts, etc
  • State and federal filing
  • Propound and respond to discovery
  • Maintain and organize case files
Requirements:
  • 3+ years civil litigation and personal injury experience
  • Knowledge of e-filing and California rules
  • California discovery rules
  • Excellent organization skills
