Job description

We are seeking a Personal Injury Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Attorney on Personal Injury files, client services, Handle all aspects of Property damage.
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist onsite guests.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • work with medical providers for medical collection and preparing file for attorney to review.
  • work and organize Workers Compensation files and assist clients.
  • Perform all other office tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, personal Injury, Workers Compensation a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Bilingual, Spanish, excellent with written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
