Job description

BSG Law is a growing Maryland plaintiff’s law firm seeking multiple attorneys to join our expanding Personal Injury Department.

We are hiring:

  • Attorneys with 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, and
  • Entry-level attorneys (0–2 years) interested in developing courtroom and litigation skills.

Job Responsibilities

Experienced Attorneys

  • Handle personal injury cases in District and Circuit Court
  • Manage litigation files from filing through resolution
  • Conduct depositions and court appearances
  • Assist with trial preparation and trial work
  • Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Entry-Level Attorneys

  • Assist with litigation and case preparation
  • Draft pleadings and motions
  • Attend court hearings and depositions
  • Work closely with senior attorneys for training and mentorship
  • Develop litigation and client advocacy skills

Qualifications

  • Maryland Bar License (Required)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Personal injury experience preferred for experienced candidates

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
