Job description

Established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm in West Los Angeles, is seeking a litigation attorney with 5-10 years of experience to help litigate and try cases. Opportunity for growth based on level of commitment and production. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. The attorney will handle litigation tasks from filing through trial. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 year’s experience in litigation and/or trial experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate is also internally driven and detail-oriented. We are also looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. REMOTE AND HYBRID SCHEDULES CONSIDERED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.


Requirements:

  • Experience in personal injury 
  • Spanish-speaking is also a plus
  • Handle case loads from start to finish
  • Familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc.
  • Drafting and propounding discovery, taking and defending depositions, and pre-trial and trial work.
