We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred. You will provide overall support to the firm's attorney and paralegals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones
  • Assist clients in the office
  • Monitor cases and track progress
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Investigate facts and obtain evidentiary documents
  • Prepare correspondence and legal pleadings 
  • Record and store client information
