Job description

We are seeking to add a Legal Data Entry to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter new accounts using current technology
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • E-file default judgments with courts.
  • Conduct back-ground investigations.
  • Light phone duty
  • Perform post judgment collection activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of (2) years previous experience in legal data entry or other related fields
  • Proficiency in micro-soft office (excel and word)
  • At least (2) years experience in collections
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
