We are seeking a well-qualified Data Entry & Order Tracking Specialist to join our team in New Albany. The ideal candidate will excel in Excel, be comfortable with Google Sheets, and ideally have experience with SAP. You’ll track and expedite orders from outsource partners and the shop floor while maintaining a professional, positive, and empathetic attitude toward all customers (internal and external).Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry using SAP and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Track and expedite orders from outsource partners.
  • Monitor and expedite shop floor orders.
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve order issues quickly.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Google Sheets preferred.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
