*Onsite Only - Downtown Seattle*

If you have over 1 year of legal experience or legal education and are ready to gain experience in the legal field, this Assistant Legal Project Manager position may be just what you're looking for! 

As an Assistant Legal Project Manager, you'll assist in data entry, auditing, analysis and compliance.  In addition, you will support  class action members with claims forms. You'll excel if you can follow detailed instructions, excel in accuracy and enjoy providing  hands-on support. Your ability to produce excellent work and accomplish goals will make you successful in this role.

The Assistant Legal Project Manager is an open ended temporary assignment. 

This position offers an opportunity to work in a  legal administration field with  great work-life balance, a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, with competitive benefits.

Assistant Legal Project Manager Job Duties:
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry, call center, website and claims analysis tasks
  • Track and manage error patterns and implements appropriate solutions
  • Professionally handle highly confidential records and information
  • Work with team members to resolve processing errors and escalate issues to leaders as needed
  • Compile reports as directed by team leaders
  • Rely on experience and sound judgement to plan and accomplish goals

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Assistant Legal Project Manager Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of legal industry experience or legal education
  • Computer proficient and strong technical skills
  • Strong written communication (spelling and grammar)
  • Speedy and accurate data entry
  • Outstanding teamwork and internal customer service
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality
Pay: $23-25/hr
