Job Description

Base Salary                    : up to $50,000
Performance Bonus     : 10%
Benefits                           : Medical + Dental + Vision + Life + Retirement + Equity
What will you do?
Review contractual requests and assign to team for legal review.
Work directly with staff attorneys and other members of the Contract Administration team.
Coordinate the contract approval and execution process for National Accounts.
Interfacing with the VP of Sales and the General Counsel's office.
Research, compile and summarize data and information for various reports.
Proofreads and edits documents and other correspondence.
Prepare and send correspondence and assists with the completion of various forms.

Qualifications

What do we need?

You hold an Associate's Degree or an Bachelor's Degree.
You have 2-3 years experience as a legal assistant
You have good knowledge of organization, planning, records & office management 
You are proficient in technology including Microsoft Office suite and Adobe
You have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
You have experience in contract administration
