Job Description
Mid-sized, fast paced Woodland Hills law firm is seeking detailed-oriented RECEPTIONIST. Recent "law office" experience a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Reliable/Punctual; Attention to detail and must be able to multi-task; Must possess excellent communication skills including a positive and cheerful attitude, as well as a professional and pleasant phone demeanor.
DUTIES:
1. Professionally handle incoming calls for multiple phone lines;
2. Greet clients, vendors, visitors, etc.;
3. Front office organization and cleanliness;
4. Set up conference room meetings, including refreshments for visitors;
5. Manage correspondence;
6. Update the office calendar including daily reminders;
7. Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring cost effectiveness;
8. Additional administrative support as needed (scanning, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable transportation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to lift 35 lbs.
