We’re hiring a full-time, in-office Receptionist / Junior Legal Assistant to be the face and heartbeat of our law office.
This is an entry-level position with significant room for growth — you’ll learn the inner workings of a successful law firm and can advance into roles such as Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Office Manager based on performance and initiative.

What You’ll Do

Greet clients and visitors — your professionalism sets the tone for the firm.

Manage phone lines, emails, and scheduling.

Organize case files and assist attorneys with basic administrative tasks.

Coordinate with clients, lenders, and realtors on document requests.

Maintain office systems, supplies, and a smooth daily workflow.
