Cabanas Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a critical role in helping the firm attract, coordinate, and onboard top talent across multiple departments and offices.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in Recruiting, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition while gaining hands-on experience with a rapidly growing statewide law firm.
The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience from application through onboarding.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
โ€ข Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
โ€ข Assist with posting and managing job openings on recruiting platforms
โ€ข Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers
โ€ข Support resume review and candidate screening efforts
โ€ข Coordinate Zoom and in-person interviews
โ€ข Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
โ€ข Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking systems
โ€ข Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process
โ€ข Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives
โ€ข Assist with administrative and operational recruiting tasks
โ€ข Utilize AI tools and technology platforms to improve recruiting efficiency and organization
Qualifications
โ€ข Strong communication and organizational skills
