Cabanas Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a critical role in helping the firm attract, coordinate, and onboard top talent across multiple departments and offices.

The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience from application through onboarding.
Responsibilities
โข Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
โข Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
โข Assist with posting and managing job openings on recruiting platforms
โข Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers
โข Support resume review and candidate screening efforts
โข Coordinate Zoom and in-person interviews
โข Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
โข Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking systems
โข Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process
โข Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives
โข Assist with administrative and operational recruiting tasks
โข Utilize AI tools and technology platforms to improve recruiting efficiency and organization
Qualifications

โข Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
โข Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
โข Comfortable learning new systems and technology
โข Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom
โข Experience with ChatGPT or Claude AI is a plus
โข Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
โข Previous administrative, customer service, office, internship, or recruiting experience is a plus
โข No prior recruiting experience required - training provided
