SENIOR L&D SPECIALIST
Full-Time | HR Team | Olathe, KS
Use your experience in learning & development and HR to design and deliver impactful programs that support individual growth and organizational performance. Partner with HR and business leaders to execute upskilling initiatives, facilitate meaningful training experiences, and continuously improve the way TVH develops its people.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • You'll support the design and delivery of learning programs that drive performance across the organization. This will involve:
  • Partner with managers and HR business partners to identify learning needs aligned with business priorities.
  • Support and coach managers in their development through structured learning experiences and targeted initiatives
  • Support learning needs assessments for teams and functions, translating findings into actionable program recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move beyond one-off training requests toward sustainable performance solutions.
  • Design and develop learning content including facilitated workshops, e-learning, job aids, and blended programs.
  • Support the development of learning pathways for key roles and skill areas.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to all content developed.
  • Facilitate training sessions, onboarding programs, and team development workshops.
  • Assist in training internal subject matter experts to deliver content consistently.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support program delivery and content sourcing.
  • Track and report on program effectiveness using feedback surveys, completion data, and learning metrics.
  • Recommend improvements to existing programs based on participant feedback and data trends.
